Attention California Water Service Customers 

Zone 7 Water Agency will not be accepting California Water Service customer rebate applications. For rebate programs offered by California Water Service, customers should refer to https://www.calwater.com/conservation/rebates-and-programs for more information on Cal Water's newly launched rebate programs. Zone 7, in cooperation with its water retailers, offers rebates to residential, multi-family and commercial customers who replace toilets using 3.5 gallons or more per flush with High-Efficiency Toilets using 1.28 gallons or less per flush. Rebates of up to $100 per toilet are provided. Rebates for high-efficiency urinals also are available.

Program requirements: 1) must be a water customer in good standing with City of Pleasanton, City of Livermore, California Water Service Company - Livermore, or Dublin San Ramon Services District), 2) must provide receipts for purchase of qualifying toilets, and 3) must provide receipt verifying disposal of old toilet.

 Boy Scouts Troop 924 Helps Recycle Old Toilets!!!

• CITY OF LIVERMORE CUSTOMERS, INCLUDING THOSE SERVED BY THE CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE COMPANY, MUST RECYCLE THEIR TOILETS TO QUALIFY FOR A REBATE.
• WHEN: Second and fourth Saturdays of each month (except in November and December, when it's the first and third Saturdays). HOURS: 8 a.m. to noon. For the 2015 schedule, click here.
• WHERE: Livermore Water Reclamation Plant, 101 W. Jack London Blvd., Livermore.
• NOTE: Toilets must be cleaned and with hardware removed or an extra charge will be added.

High-Efficiency Urinal Rebates

Business and institutional customers can replace existing urinals using 1.0 or more gallons per flush with high-efficiency urinals that use 0.5 gallons per flush.

• Maximum rebate: $200 per urinal
