Attention California Water Service Customers

Zone 7 Water Agency will not be accepting California Water Service customer rebate applications. For rebate programs offered by California Water Service, customers should refer to https://www.calwater.com/conservation/rebates-and-programs for more information on Cal Water's newly launched rebate programs. Contact your local Cal Water branch representative Jade Joesten at: (408) 367-8369.

Zone 7 offers several rebate programs in cooperation with its water retailers (the City of Livermore, the City of Pleasanton and the Dublin San Ramon Services District (serving Dublin and the Dougherty Valley portion of San Ramon). For more information, call 925-454-5065.

Rebate applications take six to eight weeks to process. Please contact your water utility on your rebate status. You will be contacted only if there is an issue with your application.

Any hardcopy or electronic rebate applications mailed or emailed to Zone 7 will be processed on October 15, 2014.  There will be a delay in processing; however, in most cases the application process and rebate issuance will still fall within the 6-8 week guidelines.

Funding for all conservation programs is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Program guidelines will be updated as needed.
